Parking is a big challenge. More than likely you will have to park on the street as parking provided for staff and the car park nearby is small and you normally full plus you will have to pay for the parking. Apart from that the customer service was excellent with the persons who I interacted with.

I have to big up the O.U.R for dealing with my issue with JPS. Ms Campbell thanks for all your help and how you keep in contact with me until my issue was dealt with. Thanks loads

Wish I could give zero. Don't waste your time on them. They are here to protect the utility companies and bully customers. They don't care. They can pack up and go home. Impotent. Not even to give a call back after the call is dropped knowing that their phone lines are not the best

This is just a facade. The OUR does not exists. Whenever I hear about them over the media getting involved in cases, those customers must have internal links.

This company is bias and corrupted like politicians, I don't know what the hell unuh a regulate!! JPS still a tief, no solution, Cable and Wireless and Digicel still a offer inferior services, no solution!!! 😴
