Coco La Palm Seaside Resort Hotel

About 1/3rd of rooms are modernized and themed, get one of those. Remainder are standard motel style two-story row style, great at the pricing level. Highlight is the beach and the bar/restaurant. What you should expect in Negril. Service by all was great, some stood out (listed on other review sites). Pictures show garden view and restaurant water view.

Great Hotel Staff is top notch! Very clean Great location on the beach. Walking distance to many great bars, restaurants, grocery store,shopping and more!

We are staying at a nearby hotel and walked over this evening for dinner, we are beyond impressed with the service, atmosphere and meals here! We were served by a young man named Trevor- he was extremely kind, professional and prompt. Honestly the best customer service we have ever received in Jamaica!!!

Located along Negril's Seven mile beach, this is a perfect little spot whether you want some quite time or to be in the heart of it all. The rooms are nice and clean and the staff is wonderful. Food isn't inclusive but there is a restaurant and grill if you don't wanna leave. You can customize the stay to be as low key or as exciting as you want it to be.

I want to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire Coco La Palm team. Kimesha was our wedding planner and she did an amazing job.

Customer service is above excellent 👌 location, the food, the staff are also warm amd so nice. If you are looking for a home away from home..this is definitely the place to be. Great for a mini staycation! The staff are accommodating and friendly - special shout-out to Naresh who made check in and check out a breeze!

The Junior Suite is exactly as the pictures look and very spacious - perfect for a family with children!

The restaurant had good options as well as tonnes of roadside restaurants nearby.

We have been staying at this resort every year for many years. What makes it exceptional is the service from the staff, always friendly and thoughtful. Coco LaPalm has the best beach access with plenty of shade or sun depending on your preference. The food varies - sometimes great, sometimes average. Some years ago it was exceptional. The jerk chicken is some of the best in Negril. We keep saying we will try other resorts but we never do. Coco LaPalm is such a great ecperience.

Forget about the past low ratings, visit the resort and create your own personal experiences. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful with excellent communication skills. General Staff are focused and are all hard working. The general manager makes you feel at home and is passionate about his job. He introduces you to the managers of each department at his cocktail party. Managers appear approachable to address concerns. This resort have the best beach in Negril. The beach is always kept clean with crystal clear waters. The only suggestion I have is for the resort to hand out a survey to customers 24-72 hours prior to leaving the facility. It would provide an opportunity to address and rectify some concerns and keep the excellent ratings coming.

My husband and myself just returned home a few hours ago. We must say coco la palm really impress us. The place was clean and the room immaculately kept. Check in was a breeze, would love if they could provide bottled water in the refrigerator. There is a issue with Wifi and phone signals in room, had to go to the beach to connect. Looking forward to another visit. 😀

The service is absolutely unequaled. All the employees go an extra 10 miles to ensure your comfort. I've never seen passion to please like this anywhere.

You go to Jamaica this is the hotel for you staff are amazing food second to none beach a 10 you can swim with the stingrays and fish beef patties to die for locals so friendly

Coco La Palm was awesome! Right on the beach. Our room was spacious and the AC worked great!! There are 2 pools one of them is adults only! So that was great!!

Great location on the beach. The food at the restaurant was great. The room was a bit outdated but was very clean and cozy.

So my whole experience was spectacular!! Rooms could be updated a little but hospitality was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming. I met some friends...let me see if I get this right Deangeline was one our waitresses. She was so friendly. We plan on going back soon.

Beautiful place to be. At first when i arrived i thought the reception staff were not very friendly but as time went on they turn out to be very helpful. The bellboy i loved he was so nice. The restaurant staff were lovely n kind. The room we had had a beautiful view of the beach. The room was very clean. My bed was not the best because my back was hurt every morning. But i still loved my room. The sea wow its the best. I loved the sea. I spent hours in it. I give this place 10/10. Would i come back 100%. I love the towel guy also.

Rooms are cleaned and swept everyday. King beds are comfortable. We had a south facing ground floor with a small patio I used every morning until the sun broke over the building around 10am. If b you take the time to know the staff by name, your experience can be more satisfying. Breakfast every morning had something different to choose from. Eggs Benedict with a real English muffin was quite good, but needed more hollandaise sauce which can be acquired if requested.
The beach was centrally located on the 7 mile beach between a variety of beach bars and public resort restaurant venues. This is our third visit in 4 years. Dave (quiet and quick), Romeo (Mt. Rushmore/stoic), and Shirley (Mr. Efficient) have been consistent staff. London (the new guy)and Dennis (the quiet guy) have been added to the bar and service staff this year. Claudette served us the first evening at dinner. She set the tone for a wonderful 6 day stay.
