We transferred our child here not long after COVID. It was a nightmare in the beginning due to the strict requirements - any signs of sickness and the child had to be kept home until a doctor's note indicating they could return to school was produced. Our child was sick allllll the time and the docs made a fortune! I know now that the constant sickness is the norm for very small kids in school at that age. Brace yourself parents!

Thus far I've been most impressed with the hours, the potty training success, the provision of breakfast + lunch, our child being happy with the school, plus the little one is clearly learning. I also appreciate the whatsapp group that facilitates updates only from school officials, as those were previously shared only by email and seemed more ad-hoc.

I wish there was a little less homework :D, and it would be great if there were better outdoor facilities for the kids to play. The latter however, I'm sure is related to a lack of financing and the school being averse to increasing fees to cover the costs of that kind of investment.

Overall, for the cost, quality of care and location (not many options up this side of town), I would recommend.

I'm so happy I chose to send my daughter to Small Treasures. I'm very pleased with the staff, the curricular and co-curricular activities. This is an institution that caters to the holistic development of the children in their care. The fact that my daughter is comfortable with all members of staff, even those who don't teach her, is a testament of how loving they are. I'm also impressed with how my daughter who is now 3, can put letter sounds together to read and I'm very excited about the start of the new school year.

My two boys attend this Early Childhood Institute and I have no regrets. The staff are friendly and very caring. The management team is very understanding and accommodating and stands ready to address any complaints. My boys currently sit at the top of the classes in academics and sports.
If I were to do it again I would with no hesitation. One Small Treasures 🏆🏆🏆

My daughter attended this institution from nursery to 2nd year kindergarten. It's the best foundation I could have given her. She left reading above her age level, and continues be a honor roll student. I continue to recommend this institution based on my personal experience and regret nothing about the choice we made in having enrolled and entrusted our baby in the care of a dedicated team..... Kudos 👏

My son was a part of the first batch of graduates, the other graduated last year and the comfort of sending them there was never doubted. The teachings and care given to them was above and beyond...always...
I recommend them anytime....10/10!!!!

Do not send your child to this school. My experience was a nightmare. My child was sick very often. I mean she was sick for the 6 months she was there every single day!!! Not to mention, she got sores on her legs , which never happened in her entire life. As soon as she was moved from the school, they never appeared again, and she never got sick as often. You never get to interact with your your child's teacher. You need to make an appointment during works hours. As opposed to other schools where you can see the teachers in the morning and have a regular conversation with the person taking care of your child. At this school, you interact with customer service representatives. They don't know anything about your child. If I could give this school a negative star I would. My child was also very withdrawn while attending this school and she was usually bubbly. When she left this school, her personality was like normal again. I don't know what happens here but DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. This was my experience at the lady musgrave branch. If you are very involved parent, DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE.

Very disappointed with the service: My son went there for 3 days and now he's sick beyond belief. What's alarming to me is their book in system; your child is not registered by anyone, parents are meant write the child's name in a book outside, I believe that isn't good enough, I believe the day care should register my child, proving that, yes, they received from me. That's accountability

Another alarming thing: we paid for the month and only sent him for 3 days because of how sick he became. The day care did not call once to check about his status. I find that very odd and unprofessional.

We ended up at hospital for the entire weekend. He developed a throat infection. I'm never sending him back to this place. Until we find a suitable place, he'll be home with his nanny.

I would not recommend anyone to send take their child to this place.

If I could give negative stars I would...this place looks so posh and rich from outside, but I swear it's like they take my child and ignore him a good part of the day. I don't get much feedback on his progress and he gets sick way more than I think makes sense. I don't feel like I can put all trust in them when my child appears with random bruises and noone can explain why. Even if it wasn't something you witnessed, you should have at least taken note. Their phone lines are ALWAYS down, and some members of staff are less than friendly....not somewhere I can recommend in the best interest of others and their children.

You never know how your child is progressing. They also start potty training late. While pediatrician and other develomental specialist recommend at least 18 months.

My experience here has been poor. No one answers the phone most times when I call, asking questions about my child feels like a bother, my child is constantly ill and I've been given attitude on occasions.
