Fast friendly service. Just needed cell data while traveling. In and out in about 5 mins and they changed the SIM card.

Really bad customer service but I can see from the other reviews this is normal here. Nasty attitude from the staff like they were offended I wanted them to do their jobs smh.

So eager to not help 😄

My esim didn’t activate properly. Customer support told me to go the the store. Store told me to call customer care.

When told that customer care told me to go to the store, they replied curtly “call up the customer care, we can’t help you”.

By contrast the service rep at the Digicel outlet at the Sangster Airport in Mobay was super helpful and tried for a good 20min to solve the problem.

Très désagréable avec les clients. La jeune employée préfère jouer sur son téléphone que s’occuper des clients. Elle prétend m’avoir mi du crédit d’appel sur ma carte (et donc payé !) et ne reconnaît pas que c’est faux. Elle m’envoie promener en plus !!
