Great customer service. I communicated with them via WhatsApp to get quotes for textbooks and the responses were prompt. Ms. Johnson was especially helpful in making sure I got all the books I needed and a discount.

Their prices are the same as other stores but they offer more convenience with the WhatsApp service and delivery.

I've been doing back to school shopping with them for 2 years now and I'll definitely continue.

Service was fast and effective. Staff friendly and and customer service was on point. Calm cool, relaxed atmosphere. I was approached as I entered and turnaround time was quick. In Short the service waa excellent. I will definitely do business here again.
