The system to order and receive food is so much better. Wait time for ppl who aren't boorish is now reduced.
They have put in a cashier so you have to line up, then order and pay. Your receipt has a number which you wait to be called to receive your order.
Service from cashier has to improve as on my last visit she told a customer a bad word.

One of the most economical Chinese restaurants around. I have been buying food here since I was a teenager and I still do today. The staff maybe a bit miserable but the food is good

It's "Jamaican " Chinese takeout! My husband and I always get the Mala Shrimp it's so tasty with a lil kick of spice. The place is standing only. Order through a grilled window. It always takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on the time of day to get the order. However I know that our food takes longer because it's cooked to order. I've seen alot of orders for the fried chicken but I don't eat ground animals. We've been there at different times of the day and it is always busy. The food is hot and our Shrimp are always perfectly cooked. Hats off to the Chef! It's always a stop for lunch or dinner when we have business in Kingston.

I haven't had this in over 5 years... Fry rice, chicken steak and sweet and sour gravy... The food is still delicious, exact same taste throughout the years

The food is always hot.. The workers takes orders right away.. So no long waiting.. The plus is.. The food is nice.. Love this place.. I can eat here 7 days a week

You get a lot of food for the price and it always taste good and freshly made. Favorite is the chicken steak with sweet and sour sauce and fried rice.

This is the first Chinese restaurant I've come acrossed with excellent service. I waited no longer than 3-8min from point of ordering to receiving the item.

Best reasonable tastee good Chinese food round town

Love it here. In Kingston all Chinese restaurants are expensive. However, Tsang is not only affordable, their portions size is crazy. The food is authentic and tastes fresh every time. It's easy to have three meals here per day for five days. The ladies that serve a fast, after all you want to have it as soon as possible.

Love the food and the service. They started using tickets so you get through much quicker with your order.

TSANG a boss!! Good local Chinese food lol and at very good price. Mamma Chin know what she doing!! The BBQ pork is mad!! And the Chicken Steak is wicked!! Hahaha no sah, can't leave out TSANGs. The servers are very efficient too.

Good Chinese food on the go, popular lunch spot in the area. Well known for their Chicken Steak with fried rice, doused with curry gravy or sweet and sour sauce. Lots of other options of course available, fast service.

I have been shopping at TSang from the nineties and the have a great presentation and is very tasty even when you ask for the special pepper sauce that they prepare.

I can get a meal on the go real fast.
