It might take a long wait time to get through but you will get business done if you have the patience. The process is very old and outdated nevertheless, you will get whatever you went for once you have all the necessities. Customer service was average in my experience. It also seems that the office is understaffed.

I had to call three times before someone answered the phone. I eventually got through to the right department and the person I spoke to was very helpful. No issues but you do need to keep on trying until you get to the right person.

Please sensitize your staff in customer service.
The cashier was unfriendly and unwilling to help when I made an inquiry about something being paid for. His remarks were, "You not reading the entire sheet, di ting printed so big pon di paper and yuh cyah see it".
He walked away while another customer came to my aid. He eventually returned to highlight what I was searching for on the sheet.
His tone and mannerism needs improvement. Thank you

Worst Tax office in Jamaica IMO. Pure hustling. You have to pay to get through there. Sad..

Still operating as if its 1979. They have failed to learn not one lesson from COVID. Very backward, very inefficient and very poor customer service. Most of the staff have the wrong attitude. One or two good ones.
