I love it wish i can work there

Horrible experience. I paid all the money in full only to be told by the sponsor that my application got sponsored just because some documents were not in on time while ICP told me that the documents were in. People should be wise and choose a reliable and trustworthy agency.

I also had a difficult time getting back my money. It was so hard. I had to visit the office. I brought the police, threatened to sie them and everything. It was awful. I do not recommend

So I went with ICP on the work and travel program in 2015, and decided to go back with them for the next summer,
(one of the worst decision I have ever made!)
Everyone I know that went with ICP did not get through with job placement, they ask u to pay money to their account as they vet the job, and then blame u the student after not communicating to them and pointing fingers.
This agency has all the characteristics of a poor customer service business, they're not credible, neither accessible as it pertains to email and phone calls.
I have been informed from august that my refund was being finalized. Upon waiting I haven't gotten any calls, email nor update on my refund, I have to be calling and the manager is NEVER around.. I wouldn't encourage anyone to use them as their agent.

DO NOTtrust this company. They had me thinking that I got a job overseas when they knew they were having contractual disputes with the agency they were using to find the job abroad. I had to call the agency overseas to get the truth. I demanded a refund which they said would come to me in 90 days. July 1st is the 90th days and everyday they come up with new hoops for me to jump through to get my money back(which they are taking a percentage from for doing absolutely nothing). STAY AWAY from them! I am going to the police after the 90th day. If I could give 0 stars I would

I wish there was an option to give them zero star as they don't deserve one. This is the worst world and travel agency ever exist, and to add to that they do not have what it take to be an agency. If this is your last option to world and travel I would recommend that you stay home.

This place is a scam . Grace is a thief. She lie about jobs , scampeople of their money especially NCU students.
