The Knutsford Express takes the hassle out of travelling long distances. There is no need to use your vehicle and it's more economical too. The coaches are comfortable, spacious, and comes with wi-fi service. The staff is courteous and efficient and very helpful. Knutsford Express operates on a strict schedule so please ensure that you're on time or the bus will leave you. I will always travel with this transportation service.

A coach company that delivers. Fast, clean reliable, courteous, friendly service. Basically island wide service. Clean coaches have air-conditioning, and free wi-fi. Fares are also reasonable. Knutsford Express services also go to the two national airports I can recommend this company as one of Jamaica's best they are a pleasure to use.

Went there twice over a two week span. Bus came on scheduled in spite of it being during the holiday period. I was impressed.

It is always a pleasure doing business with knutsford Express. I’ve used their shipping service on numerous occasions really appreciate how convenient and affordable they are. Everything is seamless and they guide you through the way, if you are unsure or have questions you can always call their local office or customer service number to track packages, get rates and ask questions. There website is also easy to navigate however I am hoping for an updated website soon.

This establishment ranks very high and equal, and in some cases better than anything one finds over seas. Those using the services testify to the buses being clean and comfortable. Staff display courtesy and concern. Services could be improved by using a speaker to inform passengers as to what bus is at the stand and of the destination. Overall it is an excellent service which I hope will continue offer quality service to the traveling public. Whether the car rental place belong to them or not its a wonderful idea to have such facilities right by the bus depot. May the operators continue to prosper.

Frist time driving on Knutsford Express and love it

One of the best right now. I was so comfortable on my way to Montegobay airport. It's affordable, clean, and suitable for my family. I would ride with them every day . They need a stop in Maypen. I love it

Excellent service to get around the island of Jamaica. Affordable and comfortable. Can book online and has a station at Montego Bay airport. If it wasn't for this service, I would have found it difficult to travel around the island during my recent visit.

Excellent service. Despite the bad roads in Jamaica, the ride was so comfortable that I didn't even know when i reached my destination.
However, we need a location in Clarendon ASAP as we feel left out of the equation :(
