Island Grill

I think for the cost of the food and drink the portions are small too small, and I am not a big eater with that been said. They are in a good location and open later than most restaurants and fast food places but nonetheless the food taste ok.. and when I say ok I mean it's good bit those days varies.
They accept debit and credit cards.
They have variety of in season drinks that I find delicious. I never had a problem with the servers they seem friendly.

Service was good! Enjoyed my red peas soup with festival & june plum juice, and the rest of my party enjoyed their satisfactions and chicken sandwhich with pineapple juice. Wait wasn't long and the clerk that took the order was friendly.

Island Grill has claimed its place in Mandeville since it entered the town a few years ago. I am quite sure that this has been attributed to Star Grill vacating their residence because of the competition.

Among some of the reasons it's given five stars is because of the suitablility of its location along the very busy traffic filled business side of Mandeville. There is ample parking space, they have a reasonable size dining area, the environment is clean, the staff is customer friendly, and there is a drive-through considering the limitation for that on a plaza.

The best part is that when you order, they will prepare your food for delivery in quick time. I have purchased from Island Grill more than any other restaurant. I prefer to know that my food is consistent in standard, and so far, they have proven to be dependable. Photos are coming soon...

There are many people during weekends and mealtime, and it is not complicated to spend extra time.

Its my best go to restaurant in Mandeville

Service was exceptional, great tasting food, amazing staff. I love that they take extra care with social distancing and sanitization and even then service was relatively fast. I really appreciate that there is an outdoor area that facilitate dining as there are few places around to sit and have your meal. Do not go here without a mask.

Would recommend to anyone as they have plenty options even for vegetarians.

Quite a long wait in the drive through. Plus if the drive through line is long it will stretch out into the road. But not a bad restaurant. Fries were hot and fresh burger was amazing too albeit a little smaller than I remember it. 10/10 would recommend

One of my favourite fast food joints. When I dine here I get a good filling and satisfying meal. To top it off, they serve natural fruit juice.

Lovely fast food place! The fries are THE BEST! Sometimes I just buy fries only. The jerk chicken and bbq chicken are equally delicious, not to mention the sauces they come with! The chicken sandwiches are great too, with the option of white or wheat bread (which I personally think is unique and great since other fast food places don't give you that option). The fried green plantations and the soup are both good too. For drinks, the limeade and mango peach are my absolute favourites! Family friendly environment, clean and neat, delicious food. I'd recommend it to everyone.

Although I seldom purchase food from Island Grill, I enjoy "The Satisfaction" meal very much. The other meal deals are also worth trying too, as well as the local dishes. You can get a super large fries for a great price and the mango flavoured drink will quench your thirst. The staff is courteous, pleasant and always try to be as efficient as possible to ensure hungry customers get their meals on time. There is a drive-through so all you have to do is sit in the comfort of a vehicle to collect your food. Are you feeling hungry now? Head on over to Island Grill. You won't regret it.

"Service Delivery" is of a high standard. Staff very courteous and professional. It's obvious that great emphasis was placed in "Training. Wide variety of meals available. Clean environment. "Pound for Pound" best Restaurant in Mandeville. I would recommend it anything

It's a restaurant that you do not have to wait too long to be served plus you can get meals that are prepared with natural seasoning & MSG free. The taste is good and taste like home cooking. The persons who do not like the lot of fries (chicken & chips,...) will like the food that are prepared there.

Absolutely robbery. $890 for a 1/4 chicken box lunch? Their menu doesn't reflect the prices that the cashier quotes. Their website disclaimer that 'prices change without notice' is hogwash. How do you realistically get from $720 to $890 and not have customers know ahead? The drive through is garage, why hasn't parish council done anything about the traffic they cause? You can find a much better, a wider selection and affordable food places at Manchester Shopping Center, right across the road from Island Grill. Don't waste your money at island Grill as the same and better is available close by!

Had a "Jus Nuff" meal there. Jerk Chicken was flavorful and hot off the grill.... festivals also warm and scrumptious. Customer service received there also exceeded my expectations!!! No regrets at all!
