On April 6, 2022, my 95-year old Mother received the BEST service that I could have expected on what was going to be a long visit and the Staff delivered on that service. This is important to share, because when you're going to get medical tests done, you're at your most vulnerable. A few days before our visit, Ms. Taylor not only provided comprehensive information about the upcoming visit, but added some key considerations to make my Mother comfortable. The day of our visit, it was BUSY! From the receptionist, the technicians, the support staff, the professional staff and doctor... they all strived to be more than good at their jobs, they were the best of their professional selves. A special thanks to Ms Taylor, Ms. Bent, Ms Miller (who recognized my Mother from when she taught at Mandeville All-Age School decades ago), Ms Cover (the most patient professional you'll ever find) Dr. Masters, and the others that make up the BEST Team that a patient's son could ever want to experience. My Mother's mantra as a Teacher is "Good, Better, Best." This Team delivered their BEST for us. Thank You!!!

Customer service was excellent from the lady at the door to receptionist radiologist assistant and doctor. TAKE IT FROM ME! Go and prove the experience for your self. I've done HSG before and I must say it was quick not much pain as my previous at other place. Waiting time was excellent also and I got my result same day with a disc Plus the letter. I got value for my money! I got there about after 11 for a 11:30 appointment my procedure was completed after 12 noon and results were in my hand after one. Keep it up Mandeville Radiology & imagining team.

I went here to do an emergency ultrasound because I end up slip and fall and wanted to know if everything was okay with my baby.
The staff at the front desk were welcoming the gynecologist answered all the questions we asked without hesitation. The only problem I had with here was I paid $9000 dollars and didn’t get a photo scan of my baby was told that my baby was too big when my baby was only 4 lb as shown on the monitor. I was very pissed and disappointed 😔 the only imagery I got was an image of my baby spine on a blank paper.

The front line staff were friendly and welcoming....the sonographer however was a grompy old man. For the mommys-to-be who wants to enjoy seeing their little bundle of joy, DO NOT get your ultrasound done here. The machine is old, you don't even get the little pictures to take home, the sonographer won't let you look at the monster when the ultrasound is being done, when i asked him if i could at least see my babys face he said "we can't both look at it at the same time" (this was not my first ultrasound by the way so i know he was just being rude or mean). I do not recommend for ultrasounds, if you can please take your business elsewhere.

The customer service at this place is very poor the repectiontist don't know how to deal with the public she needs to work in the back end of the organization until she learns good customer service.

Only have a pretty face and nothing behind it.
