Solar Buzz Jamaica

Solar Buzz installed our solar system and EV charger for my electric mini cooper, and they were fantastic throughout. The app feature to track my electricity usage is really cool which allows me to optimize our solar consumption to save on JPS. I am happy with how the system is performing so far, and happy with the quality of the install.

Solar Buzz installed my solar system about 4 months ago. I had a grid tie system (no batteries) and Solar Buzz expanded the existing grid tie system seamlessly. Now I have a hybrid system with batteries. A few points.
1. They are professionals - They know what they are doing. They take the time to explain and educate.
2. They are not cheap, but they provide warranties that far exceed those provided by other installers. Because the system is modular, they worked with my budget. I will add additional batteries later.
3. There is an app that literally shows minute by minute electric usage. I now know what appliances are the energy hogs. Where possible I use these appliances when the sun is directly overhead - reducing the amount of electricity that I purchase from JPS.

Excellent Service and Product! We put the Solar Gard Tint on the window and dramatically reduced our electricity bill as well as dropped the temperature in the building. Installation was quick and service was very professional.

I recently purchased the Sensibo product and am very pleased with how easy it is to set up and the user friendly app. I upgraded to the “plus” app so I could see the analysis for longer periods and it works really well. App tells when the units aren’t cooling efficiently and how to optimise which I was very surprised to see. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone and as always extremely professional service and quick response times from the Solar Buzz team.

My journey to acquire a solar solution commenced at least 1 year before I discovered Solar Buzz. It took me that long because the other providers I considered did not seem as interested in my business as Solar Buzz did and to date I have no regrets. I have had my system for at least 6 months now and am totally pleased with both my home and office solutions. The service from team leader Jason is just amazing he really demonstrates a sincere care not only for your business but for your needs as a client. I installed an off-grid solar system (Batteries and Panels) at my home in July 2017. Since the installation, I have not seen any changes in my electricity bills sometimes it is ever higher than what I normally pay before the installation. There were numerous visits from the installer. They changed the Inverter twice; installed an independent charger and an automatic transfer switch. Still there were no changes in my bill and the system kept shutting off. It was a nightmare. The installer started to blame the malfunction on my electrical wiring. My electrician came, on more than one occasions, and checked and everything was always okay with the house wiring. In October 2018, all the lights in the house went out, as usual, and I called the company and told them to come and disconnect the system because it is obvious that they cannot solve the problem. I have not contacted them since. In January 2019, I started searching for an efficient renewable energy company and I came upon 'Solar Buzz'. I called the company and spoke to the owner (Jason Robinson). I explained all the problems that I was having with the system. He was hesitant to accept the job because he prefers to work on systems that he designed. Anyway, he scheduled an appointment for the technicians to come and view the premises. He explained all the equipment that will be needed to be replaced and what exactly the work will entail. Based on our conversations, I was confident that he will be able to fix the system so I gave him the go ahead to do the job. I must say that since the remedial work done by Solar Buzz, my system has been working efficiently. Thanks to Solar Buzz. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of renewable energy services.
