The folks over at Kaizen are Professional, Presentable and Precise. We rented a 8 seater from them and everything went extremely well. Communication was great, fees are priced well compared to other rental companies. They literally do everything they can to accommodate their customers. Don’t hesitate to rent from them. Worst rental place, customer represent don’t know how to talk to customer. I not hit car any place n they told me they going to charge damage. Which is I have prof video n pics for that scratch. Ppl don’t rental from here
