Easy to get to, lot is a bit tight, but that's the price of such a convenient location.

The staff at the Montego Bay location is awesome. Customer service is 10++, and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. Not to mention the home office in Kingston. Especially Nathalia whom we had to work with to resolve a minor fender bender we had with another vehicle. She quickly jumped on the situation, walked us through the necessary paperwork. Worked with my husband who had already departed to the USA. Guided him through the process and quickly changed out the damaged car into a new one for me, as I remained on the island a few more days. Excellent group of staff who goes the extra mile with ease. I will ALWAYS use AVIS for all my rental needs.
