My experience at Baby Bop was amazing. I couldn’t make it to the store so the helpful sales associate WhatsApp me pictures to choose from. Once arriving at the store I was in a rush and the sales associate offered me curbside pickup. Shopping at Baby Bop is a breeze ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service I experienced this week from Peta-Ann at Baby Bop was excellent. She kept in touch and followed up right until after delivery of my item. Generally we say "good customer service is hard to find", but Baby Bop has excellent customer service and staff. I will definitely purchase from them again, and will be recommending them to others.

This store has an amazing selection of baby gear and best of all, they have top notch customer service. I have communicated with them via Instagram about their inventory and they happily sent me pictures of everything I asked for so that I could pick from their selections. The staff are friendly and very helpful and it really is the customer service more than anything else that makes me a repeat customer. They offer same day delivery and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this baby store!

Lovely store for baby things. Friendly helpful staff. They ask questions to determine your lifestyle and then advise you on what you may need. When we visited they took more items off our list than they put on because they were assessed as unnecessary. When our friend went to set up the registry, the same staff member remembered and respected our wishes and put up a good fight to defend our decision. We had to go back and thank her.

Shopping with babybop is always a wonderful experience.. whether in store when I'm in Kingston or online (yes they do island wide delivery), the customer service is exceptional.. I get a timely response whenever I send a message inquiring about items I'm interested in.. and not to mention the quality of the products they supply is amazing.. it's the only store I've ever shopped for my daughter and is always 100% satisfied! Check them out, you won't be disappointed..

Very good store for baby clothing, furniture and accessories. They also have things for the mother's as well. The items available here are of a wide variety and of very good quality. Customer service is very good also and there is ample parking for customers.

Hands down one of the most convenient stores I have shopped at in Jamaica! I am overseas and needed to place a last minute order for my sisters baby shower. From start to finish, the rep was pleasant, quick to respond and professional (despite me changing my mind a few times). Their customer service is EVERYTHING! Will def be ordering & referring to others!

Honestly one of my favorite stores. They have a wide variety of items to choose from. Sometimes I’m even a little overwhelmed by all the choices.
But the staff is always so helpful! I would recommend any new mom to shop here. It’s a one stop shop with items from newborn to 12 years old.
