Keisha's Total Image Salon & Beauty Spa

This was my first time styling my hair. Customer service was great. As an experienced hairstylist, Keisha is fast. She's also neat and caters to a tender scalp. The store is located on the ground floor inside Red Hills Mall. Keisha is warm, friendly, entertaining and interesting. She really really enjoys conversation but does well with silence too. Keisha made me feel comfortable and I like my hairstyle.

Keisha was very friendly, professional and the sweetest person ever!!! Was introduced to me by my sister who visits her all the time. Was unhappy with the style I came on vacation with and Keisha turned my frown into a blushing smile. Will definitely be back!!!

I actually met Keisha as a walk in customer because my hairdresser wasn't available. I'm happy I landed in her shop because she did a wonderful job with my hair. She ensured that my hair was treated in the best way possible and explaining things as she went along. She was easy going and very friendly and at the end my hair was beautifully done. I enjoyed every moment of interaction with Keisha. She was so nice and easy to talk to. Sometimes you go to hairdressers you sit there scared to speak your mind but nope not with her. I made a appointment the very day after my previous ones for a silk press was canceled and she did me up so right! I felt so beautiful at picture day with my hairstyle. My hair frizzes up a-lot mostly because i sweat in my hair and I'm surprised to say it did not frizz up at all. I swear my hair has not been treated so well by no one😭 she went right in and took care of my hair that was severely tangled😭. And even assisted me further with giving me some make up tips. I felt so welcomed and loved there ngl i am considering becoming a regular. If i could id give this 10/5 stars. Amazing experience would recommend.

Got my husband a sports massage and i did a sweedish massage. The service was excellent. Keisha and Roger were awesome hosts. I used this service some years ago and it was also a great experience.

The atmosphere here is warm and friendly. Keisha listens to what you want, and gives uwhat U expected. My daughter also gets her hair done here and is also pleased.

I did a sosk off and she added my press on nails. Plus a pedicur all for a very reasonable price. The service was great enow I found a nail tech in Kingston. I bought those pressed on from Shein btw.
