This a good place to stay on a budget. The room was clean and i had everything i need. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay again.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it's still cosy and welcoming. They have done some renovations so the rooms are even more welcoming. Great location with most amenities within minutes.

We stayed for just one night, but thought the B&B was excellent value.
Clean, spacious & friendly staff

It's clean and peaceful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The host Sheresa is very friendly and welcoming, she makes you feel at home. The price is great for the location, right in the middle of New Kingston. There's a lovely spot around the back to relax and enjoy the evening island breeze and I especially enjoyed the mangoes from the trees. Will definitely visit again.

I must say the staffs here went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. The ambiance is calm and relaxing and very clean. It’s like home away from home. Love the concept and set up of each room. I would recommend here to anyone and I will also continue to tell my friends about my experience here. Overall it was a experience I will never forget and your customer service is just amazing! Love it...

I'll definitely give this place 5 stars. More if i could! The host Sheresa was wonderful! she paid attention to every single detail. The place is extremely, beds are comfortable and all rooms are fully air conditioned. This is a bed and breakfast, and i must say the breakfast was phenomenal! I would highly recommend staying here, weather for business or vacation, the price is pretty economical compared to other places in the area, and i loved the intimate aspect, as everyone was extremely friendly and personable.

That was my first time in Jamaica, I came alone to discover Kingston, and what an experience with Eventuality B&B in New Kingston.

The room was ready before time and I really appreciated after my long flight , the room was clean and perfect with private restroom and bathroom, the bed so confortable and enough space in the room to put all my stuff.
The owner Shereza and her mum were very kindness, and have a such sens of hospitality and so helpful.

I didn’t know where to start visiting the city and Shereza put me in contact with Chris a very cool and kind tour’taxi who drive me all over the city' s spots and give me a lot of information about the history of the neighborhood we went to.

My stay was short but I enjoyed every minutes
I will definitely recommend this GuestHouse to all my family and friend Who wants to come to Jamaica and have a real Jamaican experience.

This was a good find in the heart of the New Kingston business district with the services we needed supermarket, bank and fast food just steps away. More private than was expected from a B&B and child-friendly. Stayed twice and consistency noted with presentation and service.

I had the opportunity to stay st Eventuality BB over the weekend. It was a very positive experience, from the staff to the environment. I liked the staff’s professionalism, they were very helpful, especially my male help. He was awesome with the breakfast preparations and his manners. I like the idea that I was able to come go as I pleased, using electronic gate opener. No one interrupted me and it was quiet and peaceful. The room was fully air conditioned. My only drawback was the front living/dinning room was open concept and was hot. A large blowing fan would have been helpful to manage the heat.

Our stay at Eventuality was exactly what we were looking for. Shereza was wonderful, it’s really centrally located, and just an all around pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Very welcoming establishment with a courteous staff. You get your choice of either continental (free) or authentic Jamaican (small fee) breakfast. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely consider coming back. 😁

On behalf of my husband and I we both would highly recommend staying at this establishment when traveling to Kingston Jamaica, I must admit I was extremely skeptical considering have always stayed in hotels, however we did stay there on September 1 2019 and it was great, the owner is extremely warm and pleasant, the room was clean and organized , everything was excellent

Excellent and great friendly staff very secure and safe and near large supermarket and nightlife party and food great place to stay I was there from February 6 to the 12th and no regrets and free morning breakfast and clean also
