Very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Dr. Williams is very patient and communicates very clearly. I'd happily return if the need arises.

The staff at Dunrobin Medical is very competent and caring. I would recommend this facility to anyone because of the quality of customer service that they offer, convenience and of course you will be assisted by competent and experienced doctors. A special thank you to Nurse Barnes who offered personal care to me upon my last visit without any additional charges. This caring gesture was executed by way of observation and her years of experience to discern that I was in a lot of pain and by simply being kind in offering me a cup of tea with a genuine smile and love would alleviate the pain while I waited to go and see the doctor. Thank you Dunrobin Medical for being awesome.

Came here on a recommendation from a family member and I went on a busy holiday weekday the Monday before Christmas to do my COVID antigen test $50 USD or you can get a discount if you pay in JMD $6000 for travel purposes. The place was clean and empty! Got here at 8:45am did the test by 8:55am and got the results by 9:05am. Ms. Barnes did an excellent job taking my information verifying that everything was done correctly, while Nurse Bakers did the test very welcoming staff and great customer service.

I don’t often write 5 star reviews but this place definitely has exemplary service so it should be praised. I truly do recommend.

Only positives to share. From the moment I entered I was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. The doctors were very friendly and professional and the environment was impeccable. Nurse Barnes actually called a few days later and asked how I was doing ? This is service above and beyond.

My toddler has always been very scared of going to the doctor — weird about simple things like getting on the scale and getting her ears checked, etc. Going for check-ups has always been semi traumatic, as I never quite know how she will react.
I chose Dunrobin for her K1 school medical, chiefly because of the cost and proximity, and my older daughter had used them before. I was very impressed because my toddler was welcomed and treated so well, from the moment we entered the building.
Doc was very patient and engaging, and very, very thorough. He didn’t rush the visit, didn’t get annoyed with her, and managed to get a very shy child to respond to his instructions, and communicated with her patiently. I’m still awesomely impressed, because I’ve never experienced such a thorough and caring visit, even with her pediatrician.
Dunrobin Medical has been such a breath of fresh air, that I will definitely be using them for my own check-ups, and encouraging my friends and family to do the same.
You never quite know what people are going through, and when people visit medical professionals they’re often at their most vulnerable, and need, in addition to help for their medical issues, that kind reassurance from the practitioner. This is especially important for younger people — like children and teens — whose perception of doctors can be influenced by just one encounter.
I commend Dunrobin for making me feel welcome and for making the experience a good one.

My encounter with Dr Williams and staff was fulfilling. The initial engagement was relaxing as the support staff demonstrated professionalism and were cordial. Dr Williams was thorough in his assessment and allayed my apprehensions for the procedure that was recommended. Overall I am pleased and can recommend future patients to explore this practice.

The medical consult with Dr. Aung at Dunrobin Medical was the most thorough and professional one I’ve done. Dr. Aung was very investigative into not only one’s medical history, but into one’s lifestyle, and one’s background. This instills confidence that she had great dept of information to medically guide you. All this is a modern & relaxing environment.
