Professionally run, friendly electronic business. Staff greets you upon entry and are knowledgeable about a myriad of questions concerning telephones, computers, electronic readers and cords phone jacks etc. They have a great volume of items so choices are easy.

It is difficult to find reliable apple retailers in Jamaica but Quantum Concepts has brand new iPads and iPhones in stock.

I had a sudden issue with my laptop and I needed something quickly to fill that gap for school. I called Quantum Concepts on Friday to ask about what tablets they had in stock and by Saturday morning, I walked away with a brand new iPad and a free gift that I won for making that purchase. I was helped, in store, by Monique who gladly answered all the questions I had. She even flawlessly installed a tempered glass screen protector on the iPad for me.

I was also informed that they have staff in place to conduct repairs, such as screen replacements, on apple products.

Though pricey, I was impressed and pleased with my purchase.

They always have the phone cases that i need, accessories, and does an amazing job on install screen protectors.
