Went to grab a quick bite line was a bit long but cashiers were quick. I wasn't disappointed love the fact that they had the popcorn chicken most branches alway never have it. So I was pleased as my daughter only eat that there.

Customer service terrible especially with the WhatsApp order they pretended like they've done the extreme to assist and slot more could have been done and they acted as if they've done it all and the ball was in their court they had control over everything and chose not to truly assist

There's not really much else to say about Jamaica's national dish. This KFC location is fast and efficient.

Was impressed the drive thru improved..wait time was less than 10 mins and line moved quickly. Must give credit to.the efficie t team. Order placed in the drive thru and my food was ready in less than 3 mins. Team member was outdoor talking payment after order was placed and the team behind got order packed and ready by the time i drove off. This is what i call service. Hope you keep it up KFC springs

The longest wait ever, never again. If you are stopping at this location make sure you're not hungry. The way how I was hungry I didn't even remember to take a picture.

Apart from the ability to dine in, Springs has always been my favorite branch to get the world famous chicken. It just tastes so much more different than the others.

Service was quick even through the busy lunch hour. Place was clean. If you need a tray then you would have to ask for it since it is not automatically provided. Food quality was great. Service was also great.

A decent Kfc branch, the drive through is a bit narrow in the corner and if you’re not careful you’ll scrape your bumper, besides that it’s usually packed on holidays and Friday evenings but not so during the day time hours, great location since is in the Constant Spring shopping district so you can grab a bite during or after your shopping.
