Awesome food. Huge variety jerk chicken, curry chicken plantation yam very good.

Island Grill was great. Lovely food catering for a Vegan. Customer service is excellent with polite and friendly cashiers.

Delicious chicken, french-fries and festival. All their food is good, you won't be disappointed. One of my favourite fast food spot in Jamaica.

As usual food good! Service routine çashier concerns over not coming up with shortages at the end of the day's sales leaving them anxious about getting it right loses the warmth. Gotta get the mix people. Not just IG though.
Atmosphere good though overall a nice place to eat.

Been years since I've ordered a year and am glad the food still tastes great. Island Grill has the best fries in the world don't you agree?

There was a long line last night at New Kgn location. However the wait to receive the food was quiet short. The festivals that I ate were hot, light and not greasy.

If mi addicted to the festival and jerk chicken one more time lol....it is sooooooooooo gooooooood

Jerk or BBQ? Leg and thigh? Rice & peas or pumpkin rice. Is these sound of the cashier taking my order... Never gets old. Great food overall. Lunch or Dinner you won't be dissapeared

Their interior design is really nice...there soup tasted and i loved their festival...delicious...therir prices is a little higher than other resturants but is they have quality top match up so🙂👍 nice

Really nice location for a quick lunch or dinner if you're in the New Kingston Area. The staff is really nice and they smile a lot. The manager is most times on the floor when things gets busy helping out the staff to pack your food and they are really quick to resolve any issues you have while shopping. Prices are your typical island grill price and the place is normally clean.

My regular order is one of Island Grill's burgers or fish sandwiches. Yummm! 👍 I always get a small side of festivals. Their fries are a fave. I can't wait to be able to dine inside the restaurant again.
