My brother Ernel Simpson passed away and we had to arrange every details from overseas...it was so easy. Mr. And Mrs. Lyn was so involved. They made sure we had everything we needed. We got to the funeral home and everyone was so friendly and super amazing. Such a blessing and we'll forever be grateful.

If you care for your loved ones! My family arrived from the United States to see my grandmother's headstone. When we went Tuesday they said the installation would be complete by Friday 11/10. The headstone is thrown in the dirt and not installed. The owner lied to my face several times. When the first family members arrived, they were told that they just received the headstone which we know isn't true because we have pictures since Tuesday. When i went there I was told to my face that it was installed. I went and was able to physically MOVE the headstone. Most disgusting experience I've had! I'm not finished with them yet. Horrible people. This is only the first social media platform I'm taking to. Oh and they don't answer the numbers they give you to reach them! This is far from over.

Dishonest, horrible establishment.

They purposely held my loved one’s body an additional two and half weeks so that we would have to pay storing of the body fees.

It’s bad enough to be going through the loss of a loved one but to be cheated out of money as well. Scammers
