Despite the current status of the environment business goes on smoothly at this location both for transaction in house and those at the Automated Teller Machines.

Professional and friendly staff. However Lengthy wait in lines and especially for Personal Banking! You can leave, get lunch, come back and your number still isn't called!

ATM malfunctions too often.

Take your lunch with you 🤣🤣, the wait is very very long.

Waited for close to two hours to do a deposit. When i got it very few people in front of me. People kept coming in, get tickets and for served before me, many.... cant understand how can even be happening and what is the reasoning in that considering I am only doing a cash deposit. Very frustrating and unfair.

Just had a very bad experience. Went to bank 9am rushing to get to work.I was given a number i had to sit over half an hour,twice I had to ask what was happening persons were coming in and getting through I was told those customers were premium customers therefore they could jump the line.That just upset me so much am I not a customer,where is the fairness if you have money you go through.seriously thinking of moving my small account to somewhere where I will be given a little more respect.Eva Reid.

Reasons for my score: 1. very difficult to acess my account online & withdraw cash at an ATM with ZERO Success.
2. I am overseas and have been trying for over 2 years to access my account that is dormant with no success.
3.Asked several friends and family members to make deposits at liquanea branch, only to be told they it cannot be done anymore.
4. Try to add my daughter name to my account but the list is very LOOON. The list of documents that was ask for is so questionable, frustrating and ridiculous. When ask why all these documents; answer is always "we are protecting your you from fraud" I've been with this bank >45 years.

Worse bank ever!
They are trying to make changes for the future but went back in the past by 20 years!
Where in 2022 does someone go into a bank to make a deposit to a third party scotia account and you tell them they can’t do that anymore, they have to do it online??? So how do bearers make deposits then??
And it gets even better…
You try to regain access to your online banking account and they tell you they are missing and email address on the account and you must go in branch to add an email address.
DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!
IT IS A WASTE!
