All the times I've been to Jamaica, I've never visited here before. I must say that the mineral bath was nice and relaxing. I would visit here again.

Great ambiance, excellent customer service, and superb Jamaican cuisine.
The mineral water was so warm and relaxing.
I would give it a 10 star rating if that was possible. Most definitely will be back, and I will also recommend to friends and family.

I have been going to Milk River from childhood.
Roads to this facility needs serious attention.
The Jamaica Tourist Board seems to have forgotten how precious this mineral bath is people who want to improve their health. I am looking forward to my next trip.

The rooms the pools are in can be shared or private. The water is warm and feels real good on your skin. It is said it has natural healing powers. Their pricing is available online.. approximately 15 minutes per session. Staff there is friendly and courteous. Roots available for sale on the outside. Further down the road you can find a nice black sand beach.. Farquhar's Beach. Very good vibe here. Definitely recommend.

It was a healing experience. Body parts came out feeling much better than when they went in.

Still to be discovered or too often forgotten - its warm waters are more radioactive than some other world renowned notable spas (“Wikipedia) – the MILK RIVER HOTEL & SPA is one of the few JAMAICAN TREASURES still owned and operated by Jamaicans for Jamaicans AS WELL AS the world travelers.

For those who have never been there or have not been there recently – the hotel and spa has been attractively renovated, is well maintained and managed and with innovative management has kept on functioning despite the severe covid restrictions. The health giving warm water still flows, the food is Jamaican and there is now an elevator for those of us less able.

To all of those who run to the foreign owned and operated hotels to be second class citizens, the Milk River Hotel welcomes you as first class Jamaicans.

The Milk River Hotel and Spa deserves and needs our continued support – we need to use it or we could loose it.

Best bath house in Jamaica. Staff is friendly and the place is super clean. The baths were spacious and the water delightful. We will be back for a longer stay. The breakfast and dinner that comes with the room was very good.

When we got married in jamaica we rented the rooms that had a sitting area outside of it for the women in my bridal party! They had a great time seeing a country I love and that my family still lives in. We had plenty of room to get ready and had a photographer, a videographer, 3 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, mom and dad of the bride and an aunty in there!
