I have to say that Indiana who works at the Portland office knows her thing. That young lady knew exactly what she was explaining from start to finish, I was impressed at the customer service there and I must say that I am happy that good customer service still exist. I must have commented too fast because I just received an invoice from them and I will not be using them after this. I sent a package to my little sister with some baby clothes. It’s going to cost her nearly 30g to clear. It’s like she’s buying the baby clothes all over again. That’s not right . They charged a bunch of custom and gct taxes and some other charges. Almost 30g. That’s not right . Will not be using them after this.

Been using their services for the past 2 years and have had many items delivered. Excellent and efficient service and good customer care. Never had any issues with them. Also, their website is pretty so props to that.

Let me just say that I signed up for Shipwize on the recommendation of a friend. I travel at least once a year, so I normally get whatever I want during that time. However, there are situations that occur beyond your control and you need that emergency item. I signed up for the website and I couldn't log in afterwards (neither from my cell phone or my laptop computer). I was using the Chrome browser (my info in a second as to why this is important) and I wasn't having any success. I gave up on their website and said I'll just wait to get the item because I couldn't source it locally.

However, one day out of the blue, I got a phone call from Shipwize, to my surprise they wanted to confirm my email address etcetera. After confirming my credentials I told the young lady that I was having issues logging in, she gave me a few tips but since I had tried all that she had suggested, i thanked her and moved on. I decided to go back to the website and try logging in again (still didn't work) and I saw that they have a chat help bubble. I accessed it, the person on the other end Steven Walters was very helpful. He resent me my login info and all. However, I still didn't have any luck logging in (all this time through Google Ghrome browser).

So I decided to try using my Samsung Internet Browser on my phone instead. To my surprise, it logged me right in and I told him that I can gain access.

The next thing I did was make my order through Amazon (I have Student Prime) and my package did arrive in the two day (Friday of that week) it was promised. Now, I was sceptical above when I'd actually receive the item, because its Jamaica, surely its going to take a good while. I got an email on the Monday (1st business day) of the following week that item is being processed through customs. I didn't think anything of it. The Tuesday (second business day) I got another email saying my package was ready for pick up!

I didn't count the Saturday and Sunday, but if I did, It only took about 5 days in total from when the package arrived (Nov 1st) at their facility to the time of me collecting it (Nov 6th). However, I could have collected it on the Tuesday since it was available for pick up.

When I went to the store, Circles in Liguanea, it wasn't busy a young lady assisted me right away and while I was wait for her to get the package, one of the young men asked if I was getting through, I said yes and thanked him. The email i received stated that the total cost of collecting the package and insurance was going to be $750JMD. 😱😱 How? Thats really cheap! I expected that I would've paid more!

So if you're on the fence about Shipwize, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you, I will use your services more in the future.
