The experience here was great!

The customer service was good because the security guards at the door assisted me very well in doing Dropbox for the first time!

I would recommend this place. just remember to carry an extra JMD$250 to use the Dropbox and if you have money on your card to deposit, withdraw it because the cashier will charge you extra to use card.

overall it's a good place!

Super convenient location to do JN banking. At times it can be on the crowded side but normally one doesn't have to wait long to have a teller attend to you. The staff is very courteous and professional. Parking can be a challenge even though you can park by the JN branch across the road.

A deservedly carved out business decision by Jamaica National to have embarked in providing this convenient location at the right spot for their fast growing customers. Your banking transactions are done by JN's professional Staff who are always eager and willing to assist. Stop by next time, they will happily welcome you on board.

Incredibly irritating workers, rather than being helpful they're extremely condescending. They always seem to never have change when you 'top up'. Especially in the underground area, I went there, I can see the 'Now open' tag as well as someone sitting idly by, not only did she completely ignore me while I was desperately calling for attention she did it to the others who saw the label and tried following instructions. They also need to work on the sound proof glasses they get in the way when you are trying to communicate which you need to do in order to add money to your card. Overall exceedingly disappointed with the company's service.

Hey i am not satisfied with this service. I've been trying to collect my nht refund from the 14th of March this year.and they keep telling me the system down. Its been almost a week and you guys haven't even make a public anouncement on the issue. It cost me a thousand dollars every time i leave my house just to be turned back at the door.why because ur system is down. I tried calling and keep getting cut off.kmt.
