El Shaddai Medical Centre

My 18 month old had a high fever for two days during our holiday trip to Jamaica, we visited Kids Klinic where the staff was courteous and the wait time was reasonable. The doctor referred us to the ENT. Despite Dr. Ashman being fully booked, he kindly accommodated us between patients, diagnosed her with an ear infection, and provided gentle care along with necessary information.

Courteous staff, wait time short for COVID-19 testing. Nurse explained what she was going to do before doing it. Results were emailed in a timely manner.

The location is easy to find, the medical centre is very clean. The workers are very professional and friendly it's absolutely the best medical centre to be. The wait time is moderate as lovely music softly playing. Adequate parking on the compound.

Love this place. Been going since birth and as an adult now I still feel like a little kid every time I go there

After being so disgruntled due to the mediocre service received at first and the terrible after service, there was one person who gave me an insight of what the wow experience felt like. Mark reminded me what quality customer service really is. Thank you Mark for addressing my issue and for following up with me to make sure that all went well with my kids. This is now officially my number one medical center. Keep up the good work!
