I wished they had local stores all over but I still don’t mind ordering online now that I know what size to get but I am very satisfied by what I buy the outfits are very worth it the material is strong so no problem I absolutely love it

I order from the location in California my clothes reach super fast. When i returned an item i received the previous shipping fee. Clothes are real nice however, sometimes alittle pricey for the quality. I gave a 4 star because they rarely answer there Dm, email or IG. Email take 2-4 days and IG not at all most times. I think if they improve that they would increase sales. Like i say all the time Chickfila aint special just excellent customer service.

I ordered my birthday dress and it would have been on time but I never received it so I reached out to them and let them knw I got email saying it was delivered but I didn’t receive it!! They told me I need to claim a file with usps and I’m like why do I have to I didn’t ship the dress I just ordered it this was oct 1 I ordered and it is now Oct 15 and I have still not got a refund or a replacement and it to late at this point my birthday is in a few days! At this point I just want my money back!!

I definitely should've read the reviews before ordering. I normally order my clothes from diva boutique and always get my items on time. Yet I decided to order from posh by v for the first time and I'm mad I did !
Her customer service sucks !
They were taking so long to ship out my order, so I I decided to switch up the outfit , they said it was ok so I told them what Item I wanted, but after that , they stopped responding.
While still "promising" that my order will be here on sept 12th, and it was already sept 11th with no communication !
They gladly gave me back my refund when I asked but it sucks that a customer has to go through that. Never again! Save y'all money.

Terrible quality. These clothes are from Aliexpress, same models and everything. $80 for a dress you can purchase for $10 on Ali… I thought it would atleast be better quality but it’s NOT. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible customer service ! I ordered a dress and waited like 3 weeks for it to arrive, I figured it was taking a while because of the holidays, so I emailed them and asked them when would it arrive, they never responded so I reached out to PayPal and shortly right after I reached out to PayPal, poshbyv responded and told me my dress was sent back to them because of an address error somehow the street number was switch around, didn’t apologize or anything (I’m thinking ok like y’all wasn’t going to email me or reach out to me and let me know , but whatever) so I sent them the correct address and waited 2 more weeks and still hadn’t received anything tracking or nothing so I emailed them again when should I receive my package ? They responded it was sent back to us, after I sent them the correct address and they confirmed the correct address 2 weeks prior also these messages are in the same email thread in which they confirmed my correct email! I said I cannot wait any longer I irdered the dress for an event which was only a couple days away, they responded contact PayPal for a refund , never apologizing or showing and concern for there customer! Do not shop here , also my cousin ordered from them also and her package was sent to a different address ! Do not shop here !

Horrible !! Don’t ever order from this people they need to be shut down!! they don’t not disclose that you need to be home to sign for the package or anything that’s part of YOUR COMPANY CUSTOER SERVICE POLICY to disclose information to your customers I paid 30$ 1day express shipping and got here for valentines today which I wanted it earlier before valentines so I can try it on and wear on Valentine’s Day ! they ripped me off sent the package out late !!! And did a label that’s all I have a gate in from of my house so the USPS can’t deliver packages that need signurature I emailed them 3 times no respond they don’t care of there customers or company if you been a victim contact me and help me bring this company down on BBB it’s already a F

Don’t waste your money buying from them. Items are very cheaply made. I had an issue with my order and they never followed up with me. Horrible customer service.
