SureTime Emergency Medical Services

I went to Suretime twice recently just because it was convenient (close to my office) and i was referred there by another doctor.

But I must say the customer service is impeccable despite there being a lot of patients and obviously high work load.

The doctors are great and know what they’re doing. They make you feel comfortable, they listen, and they are respectful. I was sick and stressed about my symptoms and within days I was feeling much better. Shout out to Dr McDonald & Dr Charles.

Sure time medical level of services was wonderful, I struggle with debilitating anxiety whenever going to the doctors. But, Both the receptionists and the doctors were very professional, efficient, caring and welcoming. They provide very gentle care for their patients. Highly recommend.

As a tourist visiting Jamaica for the first time, I didn’t have a clue on what I needed to do to receive reliable urgent care at 11 at night.

Dr. Andre McDonald was not only professional but he was extremely caring. He was dropping off some of his guests at my hotel and he came to my aid without thinking twice. He gave me a car side consultation and wrote a prescription for me on the spot. He made certain with the hotel security that the transportation we had secured, as well as the location of the 24-hour pharmacy, were safe and reliable before letting us go. Dr. Andre has the heart of a servant and I am so glad to have met him; I will be forever grateful for this encounter in the hotel’s driveway.

I went to uwi having an earing problem and the jus assess my ears and instantly write mi a priscription and i knew it was jus not enough base on how my ears were feeling and as soon as i came to sure time the instantly do there thing and boom my problem was resolve. There very reliable and i deffinately appreciate them 👍

Just had the fortune of meeting Dr. Andre McDonald in the lobby of my hotel!! I was waiting for a taxi with my wife in the lobby, who unfortunately caught a double eye infection while we’re on vacation. Out of nowhere we noticed the doctor’s car in the hotel driveway and when we inquired about his service, he quickly jumped in to help my wife. We literally had a car side consultation and we received a prescription to help my wife feel better. Dr. Andre was an angel in disguise, and we could not be more grateful for his help and professionalism. SureTime Emergency Medical Services provided quality services with excellent customer care from all members of staff. They truly understood 24/7 care as I was able to receive full service and care when I arrived. The doctor on call was very pleasant and explained the examination process, and reason for treatment recommendations. The team also did a follow up check up to ensure that I was improving.

Thanks to this place for always being my saving place ,My latest visit there was just maybe 2 weeks ago after being at home suffering from one of my worst experience with severe & unbearable stomach pain,vomiting and such at about 4am my aunt had to call for their ambulance to take me to the medical center where I had to get emergency care. After visiting & being there on IV treatment for few days,I now feel like a brand new 18y.o man again. wondering staff,much respect to Dr. McDonald & the SureTime Team. The high level of customer service has been very consistent for me over the years. The staff are very courteous and are very efficient timekeepers. Dr McDonald is a very experienced doctor with a very kind chair side manner. I value the fact that the office is open around the clock which is very reassuring when medical emergencies arise. SureTime Medical is the place to be,I always can depend on this place anytime I am in need of my medical care ,I am a diabetic patient who is always sick and need of medical care, this place never disappoint me,I thank God for good medical centers and doctors like the one there at SureTime.
