Was great.

Rented a Vitara for seven days for my stay for Carnival. Pick up at the airport was on time driver was very accommodating took us to the Cambio of our choice. Reach at the office lady there was also very nice signed contract got vehicle left. Things took a turn for the worst when the car was stolen outside of the event we attended, made a report, contacted the driver that picked us up from the airport and informed him as it was 3am and the office was closed. Said driver made contact the morning came to the hotel to collect the the ticket from the report that's it not a call from the company they didn't even ask for the keys "which I found really weird" Call the company for some sought of feed back as to how we move forward, rep said she will have to call back as this is the first instance their encountering such "again weird" because you will think that they have something in place even tho". Waited for over 2hrs no call. Tried calling no answer. Rep finally calls back with no remorse and says " You can't get another vehicle nor a refund. Let's keep in mind the rented a car with no alarm no GPS but won't stand liability for the loss the the Insurance will eventually cover its not even a new vehicle yall made that money 10x over.....Worst Ever
