Lovely and clean site nature at its best. It's cool there and lots of chairs to sit under tree. It was a relaxing evening there the other night as we went to the independence celebration, there was good Jamaican food, music, giveaways, raffle and just about something for everyone. I would go to this event another time I had a great time there

Beautiful atmosphere showcasing material unearthed during the construction of houses. Material from the last battle in Jamaica between the British and the Spanish, involving Africans and also Tainos. The museum has all types of artefacts and information on the battle. The grounds are also available for rent to persons for weddings, birthday parties, meetings, family reunions and any other special occasion. Call ahead to verify that they are open. Friday evenings sees members of the community and visitors alike enjoying lively games of dominoes as well as meals with an ice cold beer! A must see in the parish of St. Mary!
