Got exactly what I needed and left quickly

I have ONLY given this company 3 stars for customer service as the woman that spoke to us was really warm and helpful. The prices are fairly ok as you can shop around and find cheaper. The store is very small and the showroom lacked variety. The store's location can be missed based on the fact that at first glance you would believe it to be just a carpenter's workshop, if we hadn't called out to get someone's help, we wouldn't have know that we were standing in the store and the stairs lead to the showroom.

Limited selection of tiles customer service was almost none existent the majority of staff on their phones are munching snacks and it wasn't lunchtime.

company is the absolute worst. Every time i try contacting them i get this girl who always sound like she was sleeping then she has the temerity to be very curt and passively rude. Absolute disgrace for somebody who should be the face of the company. If she is manning the frontlines the company will no doubt lose business. JOKE OF PLACE.
