There is only one word to describe my experience at Kingston Wharves Limited and that word is "GREAT". The Staffs are excellent they are most courteous and most professional from the security guards to the office staff not to mention customs officers and freight handlers. The building interior are clean the waiting area spacious and well air conditioned. My experience at Kingston Wharves Limited on a scale of 1 to 10 It would be 10.

The new warehouse is quite impressive in size and expedited service. The facility is fully air conditioned and offers comfortable chairs in the waiting rooms. The process of collecting a barrell was absolutely hassle free. Definitely would use them again and again.

Fast efficient courteous service from security guards to customs officers. Grounds and office space immaculately kept. Adequate parking. Improvements made in recent time are very noticable. Great business experience.

It was a nice experience. Went there with my CAPE Logistics unit 2 class for our internal assessments.

The process my be a little confusing due to all the covid protocols and social distancing but if you ask the employees for help they will make the process quick and easy for you. But I will rate them 18/20.

Massive renovations were completed here. You can carry out your business comfortably and promptly during slow period.

Sent three barrels in may and got them in June,my dad didn't have a problem getting them.

Due to Covid the method of retrieving your cargo/shipment is way better. Faster & little time spent on each process...Keep it up!!!

Its clean and air conditioned so even if u have to spend quite a bit of time there the wait isn't unbearable.

The wait was long the crowd was huge but they did there best and that's what I love about Kingston wharf

6 stars if I could for customer service all the staff's were pleasant courtesy helpful kind and friendly.i sat and watch them greet everyone with a smile it was a pleasure to be serve by them
