Staff was professional, they try to ensure that you are comfortable whether it be just waiting in the reception area or during treatment. The place is small but maintains a very relaxing ambiance. I had a facial and a massage which were really good, i look forward to another session soon.

Great service! Very relaxing atmosphere. The massages and facials make you feel like new and the manicure and pedicure service is top notch!! I most Definately recommend Isabelle's as I go there every 2 weeks ☺

I had the best Swedish massage from Latoya. She was pleasant and professional. The spa sends reminders of the appointment starting 3 days before the appointment. Definitely on my repeat list.

Carried my fiancé there for her bday and she had a great experience. Atmosphere was nice and cozy, service was great and my fiancé even got a glass of wine to help with the bday festivities. Friendly and cheerful staff made the experience even more enjoyable. One of my fav spas in Kingston
