Listen! You don’t know how tight and wound up you are until Mary gives you a good massage! She could literally tell me what my problems were by observing my posture etc. Yup! She’s that good. Needless to say I’m in the mend thanks to her seasions AND her lifestyle recommendations outside of The Treatment Room too. 110% recommend.

Mary Ann was such a pleasant spirit and she definitely made sure I was comfortable and well informed for my first Reiki experience. The location was beautiful and clean, and the treatment room had a very tranquil ambience and smelled heavenly from all the scents available in the room. I recommend her services to anyone looking for a safe space to reset physically and mentally.

Where do I start. Ms.Girvan has hands like no other! My hot stone massage made it very difficult to do work following. I haven’t been this relaxed in years. The place was so clean which made me feel so comfortable. One of the best massages I’ve gotten, I guess that’s what 20+ years of experience does to you!

My massage with Mary was the best experience I've had in a long time. She was timely. The treatment room is spacious and comfortable. Mary obviously has a tonne of experience. She listens to your body without you having to say a word. I booked my next treatment before I even made it to my car!

Mary Ann provides an overall excellent experience. Great customer service and gifted hands. My sports massage session began with a consultation to determine what particular muscular issues I was having and the best approach to address them. Throughout the session she was continually soliciting feedback to ensure the treatment was going according to my expectations. I highly recommend, especially for anyone who has muscular tightness due to running or just from bad ergonomics of the furniture used to work from home.
