Fantastic customer service. Time was running short for me to get to an event and I needed my nails to be done. Gillian did my nails beautifully and then personally drove me home in time for me to get to my event. Now that is going the extra mile! :-)

Venue is in a tucked away plaza with no sign, which makes it a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the surrounding area. The shop was beautiful however, and relaxing. They have calming music playing which really sets the tone.

I only had difficulty with making my appointment. I called their number several times to make one. After finally getting them, making an appointment and calling two days after to confirm- I show up, only to be told no appointment was made with my name. Frustrating.
They were 'nice' enough to squeeze me in but only after some attitude. It was obvious she didnt want to deal with me. That made me uncomfortable for my entire visit. I wont go back. Mani + pedi job was overall ok.
