I’m reading some of these one star reviews, and I am literally wondering what is really going on. I am also living abroad, and I had a great experience with customer service, managers and tellers alike. They were very pleasant, mannerable and friendly. I honestly would recommend and refer anyone here. At least at the branch I contacted they were AMAZING!!!

I use this bank quite frequently. I have always had good experiences with the customer service personnel there, and it is refreshing to be treated with the patience and decorum that are displayed by this organization .

I went to do a deposit and join the line and the security officer remove me to a special teller. I was able to do my lodgement quickly.
