Location, location, location it's what's it about. The price was excellent for my excursion. Have you ever gone somewhere and said all I need is a bathroom, a bed and the ocean. Well that is what you will get here at an affordable price. Mrs Beverly was most informative about the area and very helpful with the ease of accomodations. There is even a makeshift kitchen if needed. Restaurants are located as close as nextdoor. When I need another break on my paycheck to paycheck budget, I will stay here again. Warning it's not the Ritz Carlton.

Location perfect but the "manager" Beverly talk bad to people (to me as a client and also, the cleaner who quit because she respect her). The fridge doesn't work. Wifi connection is bad in some rooms and didn't work every day. Room cleaned only once in one week and, I needed to ask for it. In the end, if you want to pay by credit card, they charge u 5% more.

The manager is not a nice person. She is disrespectful and insulting. The room we had had the floor all covered in sand and grass and she never wanted to clean it, I had to find a broom (an other woman, with a kid, really nice) lend it to me so I could clean it my self. The manager talk bad to her staff. This is really a pitty. Then rooms are way to much expensive for what they are!!! The water could run from the shower, we had to shower in the middle of the garden, the bathroom door couldnt close. All was very precarious (which is not fine with the price she charges!). She told us that « they don’t have time to fix the thing because they have customer after customer » which is so not true and offending because obviously she doesn’t care at all. She is just a lazy and bad manager. Putting a simple lock and a door wrist isn’t that complicated, and neither fixing the water running in the shower (removing the 50’s shower head for exemple, or just clean it)
Well: just don’t go there!!!
