Sweet Spot Restaurant And Mini Mart

This was 10am and the place was already a buzz with locals and tourists alike. That’s how you know this is the spot!!

Walked in the cashiers/servers were taking orders and the notice board on the wall which showcasing the breakfast items available and the cost.

We had a delectable curried chicken with fried dumplings, banana and sweet potatoes with water. I was satisfied You order and once dining you pay after. The bill for 2 meals and 2 waters came up to $2,900 that’s less than $20USD for breakfast.

The atmosphere was beautiful, noise from the cars passing, but overall a great space to eat your meal.

This place came highly recommended by our taxi driver when we came into town. So we had dinner, fried chicken and stew chicken. we enjoyed our meal. Later when asking for breakfast spots to try... Sweet Spot was recommended again. so here we are having breakfast and it's very good. definitely visit this spot while you are in Negril.
*** A year later, we are back in Negril and we stopped by to have breakfast and its quality has held up. Still really good. Prices are good as well.

We went for dinner a bit late, after the flagship left us down without being able to order any food. Luckily Sweet spot delivered! This is a nice cafe style restaurant, without pretension, and they served great food. A lot of people ordered food to take away, so it looks really successful. Staff serving was find and the cook lady was really nice and friendly. The cafe is not located on the beach but apart from that, I recommend this eatery.

Great customer service and the meals are affordable. These are just a few random pics however I had breakfast the other morning here and it was finger licking. Did the ackee and saltfish with fry dumplings and banana and it was amazing. Everything was right and the proportion was good. Highly recommend to all. After a long day at the beach, or wherever.... this is the place for you. 💯💞

Great spot for some authentic Jamaican food. Customer service has always been on point each time I visit. If your in town, make it a stop.

The oxtail here is my favourite oxtail of any oxtail I've ever had, and I have alot. The service here is also the fastest I've experienced on the island.

Stopped in for breakfast had the brown stew chicken, ackee & salt fish was delish! Coffee was great! Sat outside to enjoy the fresh air and scenery.

Bring Cash!! The food is good though and a LOT! Prices not bad either for what you get. So worth it but definitely have cash.

This is a place that is right on the road and at the same time easy to over look. Right beside a dingy convenience store it is a tiny hole in the wall with a few tables and chairs. I saw they had Sorrel drink on the menu and when I heard it was homemade it was a must. Thicker than normal with loads of ginger it was a flavour bomb. Perfect Oxtail which was enough for 2. I am a lover of little places with personality and this is one. Do try their sister restaurant Sweet Spice as well.

Perfect mom and pop dining. Def an authentic Jamaican feel for any tourist. For me it was like being g back home with family.

Ackee and saltfish was delicious! We had been looking around for this specific island dish and even though it was past breakfast time(guess it's only served then?)they made it for us anyways. Great bathrooms too.

Highly recommended by several resort staff members and it did not disappoint. The oxtails for delicious and the portions were large. Many locals came in and out to eat while we were there which is always a good sign. If I’m ever in Negril again I will definitely come back.
