It’s not a very good place ...

This is a mislead organisation; no one is in charge, the compliance staff are slow to resolve strata issues, and are only interested in collecting the annual fee. Typical, there are laws and no agency that really enforces it. Pity. AB Jnr.

Closing time is not accurate it's listed as closing 5pm and when you reach you hear that they close 4:30 you turn up on a regular Tuesday morning at 10:00 am, and only to be told by a security, "you have to come back they don't open today"

Worst institution......serves no purpose and takes payment for everything.....they can't intervene nor advise accordingly...also never defend the genuine victims....disgusting

Communication is critical, so if the phone line is constantly engaged....there's a problem.
