National Commercial Bank (NCB)

NCB has been growing and the customers are seeking the improvement in the services on offer. The on the go banking area is a welcome change. In house banking unfortunately is still very time consuming. The only option for that is to get there early. The customer service is also on the improvement. Parking at this location should not be a problem as there is additional parking available for NCB customers.

Its always great for me. Never had no bad experience there. The staff are great and helpful. But my problem is that they are closing most of the small branches in the neibourhood that helps lots of the elders and pensioners. And when you get to the big branch there is too much people and less persons to help out. So everything takes longer.

Went in early, made my appointment and got through withen an hour. Good customer service when you go in early.

Their new system isn't that bad at all, it's a little quicker than the normal system.
