Sephora carries a lot of high-end brands but they also have more moderately priced lines. The salespeople will give you an excellent advice, for that you are able to understand more how they work well with your skin. In the 2nd floor at skin care corner, I was served by Froriss who explained me very well the products of La Mer, and made me try them on my skin. I appreciated a lot his very caring and kind service☺

Had the most wonderful experience yesterday with Marta! She was super knowledgeable and knew exactly what she was talking about. She helped both me and my partner a lot and didn’t make us feel annoying which I often feel when I ask a lot of questions! If you ever need to go to a Sephora in Milan go to this one it was the best experience with customer service I’ve ever gotten!

Good store, big, almost all products present. Moderately expensive

I can not say too much about the "normal" service och this place since I were only there once. However the one time impressed me. A lady came up to us and asked if we needed any help. She then showed us around, showed us the news and the classics while talking about the brands, different flavours of perfume and much more.

I'm the typical cheap guy when it comes to perfumes as i usually buy 10 euro perfumes as a maximum. However her service and being so nice made me want to buy something, just for the cause of giving back to someone who treats customers so good.

Clean and nice store, super friendly staff and guidance for beginners from zero to hero basically. Will for sure visit again next time I visit Milano.

Perfume seller in italy that sells variety of perfumes. they often sell a gift packages of perfumes and starts before christmas and june of summer. if you visit italy sephora is the must place you visit and try all kinds of fragrances for him and her.

On the plus side they had the new too faced peach stand, which is not available across other sephora stores.

One bad thing is that they had run out of lots of stuff...the dreaded sold out!
