دفعت 10 يورو لإعادة تفعيل الانترنت مع إنه لم يمضي على شراء خط الاتصال يومان، و لدى السؤال لماذا ، تمت الإجابة أن المعرض الذي اشتريت منه لم يقم بالتفعيل .

Premetto che ho comprato una scheda che non posso usare perché il mio telefono è bloccato. Ho cercato di restituirla e ottenere un rimborso il giorno stesso e il giorno seguente e sono stato accolto solo da indolenza e incompetenza. Non mi aspetto molto dai commessi ma sono lo specchio del management della WINDTRE che non sa niente di Customer Service. Evitate la WINDTRE e questo esercizio in particolare.
