Even though it was crowded, service was very attentive. Nettle risotto and goat cheese salad were delicious and nicely presented. Good beer selection from Forst.

I came here after hiking at Lake Reschen, I had the three dumplings dish and it was extremely tasty. The service is very friendly and fast. It should be noted that food is only available from 6 pm, even if the location opens before. Beverages are served before 6pm

This place is awesome! My family and I had a late night and were searching for somewhere to eat and a local recommended us Forsterbräu. Although we came close to their closing time, the staff welcomed us with a warm greeting and immediately seated us. They served us complimentary mushroom soup with assorted breads, which was absolutely delicious. I ordered a Frittatensuppe as well which is my favorite. The soup portion was huge and one of the best I’ve ever had! My beet and quinoa salad with toasted cheese was also super good. This is a great restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, awesome staff, and great food!! Thanks for the awesome experience:)

Strepitoso! Mi dispiace dare solo 5 stelle. Impiattamenti molto ben curati e piatti molto gustosi, birra molto buona servita in bei boccali.
Personale cortese e professionale. Location molto carina, mobilio in legno con tante belle rifiniture, ambiente ben riscaldato. Qualità prezzo OTTIMA!! se mai dovessi passare di nuovo, mi fermerò per guastare altri piatti. Complimenti ai gestori!

Cena incredibile. Piatti con ingredienti freschi e di qualità, davvero ben preparati, abbondanti e a prezzi giusti. Posto caldo e accogliente. Servizio ottimo. Meglio di così non si può, complimenti!

Nach einer Autopanne mit anschließender Wartezeit durften wir uns vier Stunden im Gastraum aufhalten und wurde fürsorglich vom Personal betreut. So schade, dass ich vom berühmten FORST-Bier nur einen kleinen Schluck probieren konnte, denn ich hatte noch 300 km Heimreise mit dem Wagen vor mir. Es war extrem lecker.

Tra i piatti indicati, manca il Spargeln Bozner Haupt - prosciutto cotto affumicato con salsa e patate (una favola). Cibo di prima qualità. Comodo al centro, parcheggio, terrazza panoramica con vista stupenda, personale cordiale e veloce. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Locale pulito, a partire dai bagni. Ritorneremo di certo.

Unsere Familie war dort zum Abendessen. Der Gastraum ist schön im Landhausstil eingerichtet. Neben dem Saal direkt nach der Eingangstür gibt es einen kleineren Nebenraum in dem wir Platz nahmen. Es war Spargel- und Fischwoche, was uns zu unsere Essenswahl veranlasste.
Der Service war nett und zuvorkommend.

Ottimi gli antipasti classici e rivisitati in chiave moderna con uso eccellente di fiori ed erbe del luogo.

- Tagliatelle al ragù di selvaggina una leccornia
- Tris di canederli, i più buoni che abbiamo mai mangiato contornati da un'insalata spettacolare!!
- Rib Eye Stick si scioglieva in bocca
- Dolci come quelli della nonna ❤
- tutto sempre contornato da una vasta scelta di tipologia di pane e da una salsina che cambia sempre ogni volta (crema di barbabietola, crema formaggio all'aglio e crema al pomodoro)

Auch beim dritten Besuch stimmte alles: aufmerksamer und netter Service, gute Speisen. Ins Forst sollten Liebhaber von Fleisch gehen. So wie es sein soll, war das Tartar (auch Tabasco zum Nachwürzen fehlte nicht), das Steak medium und zart, das Schnitzel Wiener Art mit krosser und welliger Panade, das Knödel-Tris gschmackig und locker. Üppig verziert kam das saure Rindfleisch.
Die Einrichtung im Hauptraum ist eher Wirtshaus mit Sitztheke, aber ansprechend dekoriert.
Für Biertrinker gibt es eine Auswahl der Meraner Brauerei Forst.
Manko: Es gibt wenig Parkmöglichkeiten, evtl. muss man ein bisschen laufen. Und Sportwagenfahrer sollten auf den Bumper kurz vor Gasthof achten, der geschätzt 30 cm hoch ist, sonst fehlt die Frontschürze.

Eine ausgezeichnete Gastwirtschaft mit ausnehmend netter Bedienung und fantastischen Speisen zu mäßigen Preisen! Der Zirbenspitz ist köstlich. Gerne wieder!

Molto facile da raggiungere , si trova parcheggio anche davanti alla struttura .

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. È meglio prenotare. Attesa lunga perché tutto cucinato al momento che ripaga il palato, cibo ottimo. Buona scelta con piatti del giorno
