Trattoria Belvedere Roero

What a wonderful experience! On our road trip from France to lake Garda we were on the hunt for a lunch spot in Piedmont. Having found this recommended restaurant after a Google search, it really did not disappoint. 4 star rating seems unfair to say the least. We opted for the traditional set menu, priced incredibly fairly at €40 for 5 courses + an amuse bouche. Food was delicious, service was impeccable, wine list called “the bible”. Portions were very generous and the setting was beautiful, felt like an Italian high-end farmhouse with open windows and views over the vineyards. Would recommend, thank you!

If you have the opportunity to go to this lovely trattoria, please do! Highly recommend the "sopresa" menu, everything was delicious. The wine list is beyond belief! We loved it so much we went back with our whole group (15 people) and they accommodated us beautifully. Gabriel was delightful and a perfect host. Love everything about Belvedere !

The local special was mushroom and white truffle this week. I had seen what turned out to be the owners grandson collecting wild mushrooms that very morning.

My niece and nephew had this prix fix menu. I went with a combination of a-la-carte menu items.

The meal option was a local wine pairing.

This was an excellent meal! The combination of local farm to table food coupled with local wines was a truly exceptional cultural experience.

Hazelnut is a local product. They served hazelnut creme Bru le as a dessert option!

I recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a regional farm to table dining experience.

Wow, just wow. Our experience in this restaurant was how we would expect a Michelin star restaurant to be in The Netherlands.
The food is fantastic, the sommelier/maître made our evening an event to remember and the restaurant is just great. Just go here and have fun.

Found this place as a "happy little accident", and now we will make sure to return regularly! Most delicious meal food of our Piemonte trip, a wonderful ambiance, and really a most wonderful service from a pleasant and friendly team. Food experience out of this world, mamma mia! A small family restaurant with nice and friendly ambience, and the food was soooo good. Michelin quality, without the pretentiousness.

Per chi ama la "finanziera" questo è il posto giusto: ottima e fatta con tutte le accortezze di un tempo.
Ma non solo: speciale la battuta di fassona al coltello, la faraona caramellata, eccezionale la "tarte-tatin" con il gelato fatto da loro.
Meravigliosa la pastiera con mousse all'arancia.
Accoglienza ottima con personale professionale, attento e riservato.
Ottimi i vini con una cantina rifornitissima di prodotti del luogo ma anche etichette straniere molto ricercate; prezzi nella norma in rapporto all'alta qualità dei prodotti.
Una bellissima terrazza dove poter, meteo permettendo, apprezzare le bellezze del luogo.
Comodo il parcheggio esterno.

Ottime materie prime trattate con la dovuta cura. Cucina tradizionale. Servizio professionale, ma non freddo. Tutto squisito. Prezzo adeguato all’offerta. Consigliatissimo!

Bellissimo ristornate nel Roero. Menù degustazione della tradizione piemontese assolutamente da provare per qualità e abbondanza. Piatti cucinati con maestria e nel rispetto delle tradizioni. Ampia carta dei vini. Da prenotare in veranda se le temperature lo permettono.

Abbiamo scelto un menù tradizione e piatti selezionati dal menù dedicato al tartufo bianco.
Superlativa la battuta di fassona e i tajarin con tartufo bianco; deliziosi anche i piatti del menù tradizione.
Pasta fresca fatta a mano e pane e focaccia squisiti fatti in casa.
Notevole la carta dei vini.
Personale gentilissimo e professionale.
Conto adeguato alla qualità delle materie prime.

Piatti con ingredienti di altissima qualità, abbinamenti ricercati e deliziosi. Disponibilità sia di menu degustazione che scelta alla carta. Cantina ampissima, ricca anche di selezioni di Roero della zona di diverse annate.
Consigliato se ricercate piatti tradizionali realizzati con cura.
