Zoosafari Fasanolandia

A must go for families with kids. Better to go in winter than in summer with the heat. The animals seem to be having a good time. You get the feeling that animals enjoy very much the encounter with humans. Dangerous animals are kept at a safe distance, but close enough to feel like you’ve entered their world. Hugging a giraffe was probably the cutest thing I’ve done there.

LOVED every minute of it! Regarding the cost, it was 32 euros per person. For the overall experience, I feel like it’s definitely worth it. With the same ticket you have access to the rest of the zoo (pedestrian access) and other activities. Would definitely visit again.

Cannot be missed. Animals goes around you by driving the car. Huge and a lot of animals from goats to elephant, giraffes, tigers and bears.
FIRST GO TROUGH the drive way zoosafari and have available ticket to go after within the park to see monkeys with a tractor. Can go in an other part to see the bears and polar bears and reptiles. €92 for 3 adults and a car. Worthy.

One of the best experiences you can have in the region of Puglia. Really worth it to see so many animals next to you. Adults and kids can enjoy it equally.

The fee is worth for the drive Safari only, the normal Zoo was average seen so many times.
The drive path takes around 90 min, but we drove it more than 2 hours (enough space to stand aside to let others bypass you).
Although the rule's windows must be closed, most drive with windows down (except when passing the lions and tigers). Animals are used to people and cars, they lean their head through windows letting you pet them and feed them - the best for that are giraffes and zebras.
We had rice cakes, peaches and bananas with us. If you plan feeding them buy some food beforehand, as the road sellers before the park offer a small bag for 5 Euros.
The drive around the tigers is unbelievable - they're 5, 6 of them on a roundabout with a tree and a small pond. They played and posed so we drove 3 circles around.
Driving 10 met from the lions was so thrilling, and after that along the way you meet elephants, rhinos, camels, buffalos,...
Completing the drive you park your car (extra 3 Euros) and enter the normal Zoo. Here, I would point out the Monkey train - caged train which takes you through hundreds of monkeys jumping on it.
The rest of the Zoo is quite average and was underwhelming after the Safari drive.
To conclude - no matter you're with kids or not, this is really one of the best attractions in entire Puglia region.

Really good experience, would like to come here again. The zoo is separated in safari (where u can feed and interact with animals) and zoo part. (where you, besides watching animals, can find amusement park and places to eat). Close interaction with animals is the best part.

It is a a natural environment where you can see almost all kinds of animals living in the natural environment like quadrupeds, birds, pet fish, big snakes, reptiles, etc. In the evenings, it is a great haven where young people can engage in various sports where they can have adventurous experiences to inspire the children. Tickets are very reasonably priced. Go and have these experiences. rejoice

It was a great time for us and the kids.
We were surprised by the diversity of the animals and options to spend time.
You should plan a full day here. Beside the safari option, which will take a max 1-1,5h, there are more things to be discovered in this park.
You have also fair options to eat (no fancy restaurant but fast food Italian style kitchen).
It was really enjoyable time spent in a place perfect for kids.

excellent place. only there is mess in the big fast food,no one knows what the order is after you pay you need to order on 2nd window and pick up by 3rd window. even locals are lost. animals and all the other organisation is great!!

Great place to be, will recommend for families. One day is too short for this place. Will come back.

Really great place to visit. There are both places, one is zoosafari ( driving in car), second is zoo + fun park. Both are great. Cost is 120 for two adults and two kids. But it is worth the price. At least 5h is needed. Best have own food, unfortunately restaurants are poor quality and very pricey (18euro for lunch per person). A lot of beauty animals, really you can touch them… moreover place is very beautiful , charm-full. For sure will go there again.

Awesome experience, animals come close and you can touch them. Car safari is very nice! It takes almost the whole day to go visit all the attractions. I definitely recommend.

Very cool experience! Included in the price is the safari, where you can drive with the car very close to the animals, and also a part where you go by foot. Overall very nice park and friendly staff! Worth the visit

Amazing park, I've never seen animals this close, like a lion crossing over in front of my car! The monkeys rail tour is a nice idea, but it's so protected inside that you can't really see much. It's such a pity.I'm not sure how happy the polar bear was, as 40 degrees C was too much even for me. Overall spectacular though!

a great experience cannot be described in words. the kids had fun. worth every cent. Allow half a day for all the attractions. many visitors but very good organization. it feels like a real safari. i wish i could leave 10 stars.

Clean, exciting, affordable and...did I mention clean? This place was more than worth the drive, price, and experience. Don't forget to buy vegetables for the animals before you drive up to the gate of the park. I would be careful about which vehicle you take, however. We saw a buffalo dig it's horns into a car and, well, the owner wasn't too happy.
