What amazing views at this beautiful villa in the Tuscany region! The staff are all welcoming and kind, especially to tourists.
The restaraunt has some amazing food and drinks. The only downside during our visit was the weather a couple of days but the staff had wonderful recomendations to account for the weather. What an amazing stay!

JUST WOW!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at La Fattoria Degli Usignoli, and we cannot praise it enough. We were greeted and cared for by an incredible staff team that provided excellent customer service. The resort is filled with fun activities, such as a tennis, soccer, 2 pools and simply breathtaking views. Their restaurant was also incredibly popular during our stay because of the delicious food served and excellent wine selection. Make sure to reserve in advance! Truly was a memorable family getaway and the perfect destination to enjoy the beauty of Tuscany. 5 star resort

It was a great experience! Rooms and facilities look much more better in life. Beds comfortable, bathroom too. All amenities function well. Design was lovely, actually one of the best we had in a whole trip through northern part of Italy. Restaurant has some really great wines! Ask recommendations, you won’t regret. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay longer to do some horse riding and wandering around.
Absolutely worth the price.

Fantastic countryside escape! We loved the views, the receptionist, the spacious room, the community reading area at reception, the pools, and the excellent location (perfect side trip from Florence or stopover on the way to other Tuscan sites).

The restaurant, unfortunately, had unwelcoming staff, with few plant-based options, and they were unaccomodating to basic requests (they won't add veggies to boring pasta because they're "too busy")... but we won't dock the whole operation just because of restaurant staff. We hope they'll make some changes there because otherwise this was perfect!

One last issue to flag: the fountains were not running, and the water in them was green. A small point to us (so no points off), but could be important to others - regardless, an easy fix to make this the perfect location.

such a wonderful place! peaceful and silent. I have been there for a wedding and spent the night there. An amazing experience, nice room with kitchen and private balcony, friendly staff and a great panoramic view. Strongly suggested even for kids as there is a swimming pool.

What an amazing experience. Arrived late at night so we could not appreciate the grounds as we entered but waking up and looking out the balcony (pictures to come). Staff is so kind and helpful. I am definitely planning a trip in the summer to see all the beautiful foliage. I am sure it is even more beautiful here when in full bloom.

REALLY loved it here. Only stayed a night because I wanted to venture out to the city, but the staff was SUPER helpful and nice. The area itself was breathtakingly gorgeous, and I slept like a log in the room.The rooms in the villas need to be upgraded a bit, but overall, I enjoyed my stay. I'll definitely come back again.

This place is a real hidden gem. Tucked in a beautiful hillside with views all the way around. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great rustic charm. Our room was very private had a valley and fountain view. Restaurant had great service and good food. The grounds are clean and well manicured. After breakfast we took a nice walk around the grounds and saw chickens, doves in a bird Avery, a Shetland horse and goats. Very picturesque.

Beautiful little hotel/resort nested in the mountains. The staff here is very nice and the location is awesome. it can be a bit challenging getting there with the very narrow streets, but it's definitely worth it. Keep in mind if you are visiting Florence that from this location, it'll take you anywhere between 45 and 75 minutes, depending on time of day, to get to downtown Florence. I would not let this detract you from staying there though.

Superb hotel. The best of all is the location, situated in the middle of the beautiful environments of Tuscany. Besides the estate is wonderful and the two pools give plenty of space for everyone to enjoy some water. The rooms are clean, big and well kept. You have to pay for the air-conditioning (€3/day), but on hot days you can't live without. The service is good; reception, restaurant and breakfast all stand ready to make the stay as pleasent as possible. Once again: great hotel to enjoy the lovely landscape of the Tuscan area. Highly recommended!

Really nice location for weddings in a wonderful landscape. Great meal, good employees. There are swimming pools, tennis and football courts, horses and a lovely view of Tuscany country.

Very friendly, helpful service. Rustic setting, so many beautiful views of the landscape and all the loval fauna and flora. Absolutely amazing experience.

Nice place. We where here in the off season which is nice for traveling because it's less congested but I can only imagine what everything would look like in the middle of summer when everything is greener.

It's very nice and cozy, the rooms are fantastic and the position of the hotel make it a very appreciable place whit a fantastic panorama

Ita very peacefull has 2 pools and has a loot of activaties like swiming tennis riding the becicle in the butifull mountain erea.

Incredible views, rooms are Old World, but great, and friendly staff - highly recommend!
