definitely the best caffè this side of the archipelago. busy and genuine and yet, cozy and friendly in the most italian way.

Breakfast with the locals and a tasty filled croissant. Or good place to grab a refreshment whilst you wait for a tour of the catacombs.

I left another place just a block or two away that had bad wine and bad food. So it was great to find this place. The glasd of wine was perfect. Fully bodied and smooth. A little chicken and Italian broccoli with a great roll. I'm happy. I first thought being right across from the Catacombs that it wound be too touristy but it was very good!

Friendly bar with wide selection of delicious pastries. Professional barriste, comfortable and lovely setting next to the catacombe. Highly recommend

I would come here almost every morning during my three month stay in Siracusa. The food was really amazing and much more than you would expect from a cafe. The atmosphere was extremely welcoming with a wonderful mix of local and wordly clientele. The staff was always attentive, warm, and friendly. On top of all that it's extremely affordable. If you're in the area you have to stop in! (P.s. Ask for cornetto con pistacchio, it is heaven in your mouth!)

Everything is perfect, great granita and salty food. Only negative point the young blonde woman at the cashdesk seem to be rude with the employees. It is not nice to observe from a customer point of view
