I have to say, the institute gives you the tools needed to start a great professional path.

Very competent academic approach to education. In addition to providing students with good theoretical knowledge, the school also gives an excellent opportunity to start working with real companies and manufacturers already during the educational process and provides a great support to students and alumns to begin their own professional career. All the teachers are professionals who also share with the students their own personal experience, which is very important for the begginers. In plus there are often organized seminars with outside invited lecturers who are leaders in the field of design and production. Students have an access to the laboratory for creating project prototypes, as well as organizing excursions to visit manufacturing, to see the whole process with their own eyes. In my opinion this school gives a very good start for successive career development and professional growth.

I've got pretty disappointing experience with Istituto Marangoni Design School.

I've chosen 1 Semester Advanced course to improve my professional skills, to get more practical experience. Unfortunately the project, suggested by Marangoni had nothing to do with reality – design of living unit on Mars. So 3 moths of 4 we were studying planet Mars and developing the architecture of clay 3D-printed unit, only 1 month was to study interior design itself – absolutely superficially.
In my opinion experimental projects could be good when you study several semesters – each with different approach. But when you come only for 1 semester you should get real practical brief to study.

There are several teachers who are really professionals – Ponzi, Marelli, Masotti, they could teach the art of presentation, 3D-visualization and knowing materials. I'm very grateful to these people.

But if you are expecting to upgrade your experience as interior designer, please think twice before choosing Istituto Marangoni Design School and check the upcoming brief of the academic year you apply for.

In addition – I finished my course in February 23, but I got my certificate with no reason only in October 23, paid extra money for delivery to my country. I think it's not reasonable and respectful, didn't expect this attitude from such well-known Institute.
