For anyone looking for a thoughtful approach to bike purchase and maintenance, this shop rocks! I trust Gianluca like family. He’s helped me to upgrade and personalize my bike to me, helps me prioritize the changes/upgrades with a consideration for cost v benefit. I also purchased a wonderful gravel bike from him that I’m so pleased with. Highly recommend!

Great place! We love it here! Our family has three bikes bought from Equilibrio Urbano - I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are very kind, professional and patient (and we are not easy clients!). Having bike owners who are totally happy with their purchase(s) is very important to them, and this comes across. Gianluca is always there to give advice and to offer help before and long after purchase.
Usually one does need to book to have work done on ones bike (or leave the bike there for a few days) , but unlike some reviews I have read, I don't feel this is inappropriate! Staff (good) is limited and demand is high - it seems perfectly reasonable to me.
(I'd also just like to add another bonus of buying a bike here; apart from customer satisfaction there's the fact that one is supporting a local business, rather than a chain store, which is, at least for me, a plus!)
So if you have any doubts, don't! It's worth a visit.

I have gone to multiple bike stores in Milan and this is BY FAR the best! When presented with a problem, they went above and beyond what was required of them to get the job done quickly and efficiently. On top of the impeccable service, they were all very nice and I could feel the positive atmosphere in the shop. I highly recommend this shop and next time I'm in Milan, I will stop by just to say hello.

On my recent cycling trip to Italy, my Wilier Zero7 was damaged during flight transit. Went into Equilibrio Urbano for a replacement frame. Federico from EU was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time and went out of his way to help me. Federico and team are very knowledgeable, friendly and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and others...

All staff are friendly and helpful, while really knowing about the products! They don't push you, but patiently answer your questions. You can feel that they like their job and their products, so I would definitely buy another bike there!

Super helpful! I scheduled a Selle seat fitting online and ended up chatting for HOURS about seat comfort and fit. These guys get my highest recommendation.

Staff was friendly and did his best to accommodate my needs! Can only recommend this place!

Oltre alla competenza, che di questi tempi non è scontata, sono stato trattato più che bene (come un fratello oserei dire...). Di quelli che ho frequentato il miglior negozio/meccanico di bici. Mitico!

J’y suis allé à quelques reprises faire des entretiens sur mes vélos de route lorsque je vivais à Milan pour mes études. J’ai toujours eu un service impeccable, les gars sont super sympathiques et m’ont aidé à diagnostiquer des problèmes comme il faut avant d’entreprendre des travaux.
Ma seule déception c’est de les avoir découverts un peu tard!
